OUR TERMS

 

1.
We guarantee that all guttering has been vacuumed and checked.  We provide you with before and after images upon request, once work has been completed.

2.
Payment is required upon satisfactory completion of all work.  For residential clients, Cash, PayPal or BACS payments are accepted.  For commercial premises/clients BACS or cheque will be the preferred the method of payment.  All invoices are to be settled within 28 days for commercial clients only.  Failure to settle invoices within the stated timescales will result in your account being suspended.  If we fail to receive monies owed within 72 days from the invoice date, we have the right to contact a collection agency in order to recover our monies owed.  You will be liable for all related charges, agency fees and court related fees.

3.
Cancellation policy for
residential customers – If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please give us at least 48 hours advance notice.  Should you need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond your control at the last minute, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation policy for commercial clients/managing agents – If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking please give us at least 48 hours advance notice.  If you cancel your appointment after this time, we have the right to invoice you for up to 15% of the quoted price

4.
All cleaning services are weather permitting.  We will endeavour to clean in light rain where possible.  We will not however operate in heavy wind and rain as this would affect our health and safety.

5.
All operatives are trained to work safely.  Please do not ask them to do anything that presents danger or is unsafe.

6.
Physical and/or verbal abuse towards our operatives will not be tolerated.  If this happens, cleaning will be terminated with immediate effect.  Monies will still be owed.  All operatives have the right to undertake their task without being subjected to abuse.  Abuse of any kind, if necessary, will be reported.

7.
If you have a complaint against any of our staff members or operatives for any reason, please make contact with us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
